[[atoms]]

The first when you talk about atoms, what do you think of?

You may be asking "what is atom?"
Atom is the smallest particle of an element. An atom is make uo of 3 types of particles: protons, neutrons and electron.

[[raw food & cooked food]]

People normally say that cook food is better than raw food.
The digestive process requires heat to break down and assimilate foods and liquids. If you eat a meal of, say, raw vegetables, even more digestive heat and energy is needed. Also, certain vegetables like carrot are hard and fibrous and require a lot of digestive power to break them down. If you have weak digestion or digestive problems, some raw foods may actually remain incompletely digested.

Enzymes are denatured during the process of cooking.Enzymes are delicate. Delicate because they are destroyed by temperatures over 118 degrees (some by as little as 105 degrees), which means that they may not survive even light steaming.

It is well-known that cooking may result in some vitamin and mineral losses. We try below to give an estimate of these losses. Not all vitamins are lost by heating; other factors (such as exposure to air or light) may result in vitamin loss; and heating by itself doesn't destroy minerals (however, some minerals may be leached in water). In short, we try to determine how much vitamins and minerals can be lost by heating a food.Cooked food passes through the digestive tract more slowly than raw food, tends to ferment, and throws poisons back into the body.

Science proves that cooking not only destroys nutrition and enzymes, but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health into free-radicals and poisons that destroy our health!

Only raw food has functional "live" enzymes. Therefore the liver, pancreas, stomach and intestines must come to the rescue and furnish the requisite digestive enzymes to the individual nourished solely on a cooked food diet.

Dr. Westin A. Price, DDS, of Cleveland, Ohio, wondered about negative trends in dental cavities in the late 1930s. Dr. Price found that where original native diets were followed there was very little evidence of dental cavities. BUT, when modern white flour, white sugar, and canned foods were introduced, not only did dental cavities increase markedly, but the next generations of these people developed poor bites, restricted nasal breathing, cavities, and often other physical deformities

In nature all animals eat living foods as yielded up by Nature. Only humans cook their foods and only humans suffer widespread sicknesses and ailments. Those humans who eat mostly living foods are more alert, think clearer, sharper and more logically and become more active. Best of all, live food eaters become virtually sickness-free!
Cooking is a process of food destruction from the moment heat is applied to the foodstuff. Long before dry ashes results, food values are totally destroyed.
If you put your hand just for a moment into boiling water or on a hot stove, that should forever persuade you just how destructive heat is. Food is usually subjected to these destructive temperatures for perhaps half an hour or more. What was living substance becomes totally dead very rapidly with exposure to heat!

So therefore, raw food indeed better than cook food~

[[Ohm's Law]]

Ohm's Law is used to describe the mathematical relationship between voltage, current, and resistance.

[[Electricity 【Formula】]]

According to Ohm's Law electric potential difference(V) is directly proportional to the product of the current(I) times the resistance(R).

V = I R

P = I V

P = V2 / R

P = I2 R

Resistance of Resistors in Series
The equivalent resistance (Req) of a set of resistors connected in series is
Req = R1 + R2 + R3 + - - -

Resistance of Resistors in Parallel
The equivalent resistance (Req) of a set of resistors connected in parallel is
1/Req = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 + - - -

[[speed of light]]

The speed of light in a vacuum is presently defined to be exactly 299,792,458 m/s (approximately 186,282 miles per second).

[[Reflection & Refraction]]

Reflection of light:

Laws of reflection:
The incident ray, reflected ray and the normal lies on the same plane.
Angle of incident is equal to angle of reflection.

Regular reflection:

This is the reflection of light over a smooth surface, like a mirror. Light is being reflected all in single direction.

Diffused Reflection:
This refers to the reflection of light rays over irregular (rough) surfaces, like a unpolished wall. Light is reflected in all different angles.

Refraction of light:

Refraction is the bending of light rays when passing from one medium to another.

The bending of light is due to the change in the speed of light as it passws thought different optical mediums.

Laws of refraction:
---Bending of light will take place when a light ray is incident perpendicularly onto the boundary of tow mediums.
---Light bends towards the normal when traveling from a less denser medium to a denser medium.
---Light bends away from the normal when traveling from a denser medium to a less dense one.
---The ratio of sine of incident angle and the sine of refracted angle will give a constant value of Refractive index (n).
